"Yala peak" Yala peak 5637m is a famous, easier, and nontechnical trekking peak in Nepal lies in the Langtang trekking region north of Kathmandu valley. As the Yala peak is not difficult for climbing, Prior climbing experience is not required though but previous outdoor experience and the average level of fitness is recommended. Adventure International Trekking’s professional climbing Sherpa/Guide will take to you a safe way to summit the Yala peak as your expectation. Our company will arrange the Langtang valley trekking with good acclimatized than prefer for Yala peak climbing which makes it easy to reach your destination and summit the Yala peak.

We arrange the bus journey from Kathmandu to Sybrubensi than walking through the dense forest and traditional ethnic group Tamang settlements until Kyanjin Gompa than continue trek to Yala peak base camp where the Panoramic Himalayan scenery of Lantang Lirung (7246m), Langtang Himalaya range, Lenpo Gang (7083m), Dorje Lakpa (6988m), Naya Khanga (5846m) and mighty Shishapangma (8013m) in Tibetan side is stunning. Our climbing sherpa will provide you short training nearby Yala peak base camp on upon arrival at Yala peak base camp. The next morning, the climbing guide will take you carefully to summit the Yala peak, if in case of weather is bad, all of our trekking staff and guide will stay one overnight at Yala peak base camp for re-summit the Yala peak.

Itinerary

  • 01Arrival: 15 -20 Minute drive. AIT representative will greet you at Tribhuvan International Airport and transport you to your Kathmandu hotel. After having formal introduction, you are being served with welcome drink at the hotel. They will give you helpful tips for your time in Kathmandu. O/N Hotel
  • 02Kathmandu Sight-seeing: 3-4 hours &Trip preparation: After breakfast, you are being prepared for joining a guided tour of the amazing sightseeing of the Kathmandu Valley. You can visit Durbar Square, Swayambhunath ‘Monkey’ Temple, the famous Hindu temple – Pashupatinath and the largest Stupa in Nepal – Boudhanath onwards at afternoon we gather for a pre trekking & Expedition briefing and introduction to your trek leader & make arrangements for your ‘trek pack’. In the Evening AIT organizes welcome dinner at a local restaurant
  • 03Kathmandu- Syabru Besi : Make an early start to the bus journey around 8 hours to Syabru Besi (1450m) the starting point of the trek. From here, the adventure begins! Passing through many small villages on the way will be fascinating you with snippets of every day living in these lowland villages.
  • 04Syabru Besi - Lama Hotel: Crossing through the suspension bridge and heading precipitously along a stream. The River we are following is mostly the Langtang River. You can enjoy the walk going through mix forest (Bamboos, rhododendron and Alpine forest area). Night stay at Lama Hotel (2800m).
  • 05Lama Hotel-Langtang After having breakfast we will continue ascending to Ghore Tabela and get Lunch with massive view of Langtang Village and Langtang Ri, langtang Lirung and trek leads to Langtang Village.
  • 06Langtang explore:- rest and acclimatize
  • 07Langtang to Kyanjin Gompa: A short Hike around for 3 hours and enjoy rest fo day around kynjin Valley. Follow up by langtang Khola with superb views of Himalayan range.
  • 08Kyanjin Gompa- Explore day: Visit after the breakfast at Tserko RI (5033m) for fantastic view of the langtang range. Back to guest house for Lunch having short rest and walk around the Kyanjing valley with guide
  • 09Kyangjin Gompa / Yala Base Camp (5033 m.)
  • 10Submit to Yala peak and back to Kyangjin gompa
  • 11Kyanjin –Lama Hotel Today is very easy day all the way down to hill trek to Lama Hotel for over night.
  • 12Lama Hotel -Syabru Bensi: All the way decent down to river cross the river and get to Syabru (1450m) for overnight.
  • 13Sybru bensi to Kathmandu by Bus: Today is a long day bumpy driving to Kathmandu for around 8-10 hours. O/n Hotel.
  • 14Departure: You could catch up on some last minute shopping, Internate to your friends and family before departure to Airport or onwards to your next destination.
