    Adventure International Trekking's representative will greet you at Tribhuvan International Airport and transport you to your Kathmandu hotel. After having formal introduction, you are being served with welcome drink at the hotel. They will give you helpful tips for your time in Kathmandu. O/N Hotel in Kathmandu
  • 02Kathmandu sight seeing Tour & Trekking preparation. Today after breakfast we will start a guided tour to several major historical and spiritual attractions in Kathmandu. Some of these landmarks are considered World Heritage Sites; including the historic Durbar Square, the sacred Hindu temple of Pashupati Nath, the famous 'Monkey Temple' (Swayambunath) and Buddhists shrine (Buddha Nath) which is one of the large Stupas in the world. After completed city tour In the afternoon, there will be a pre-trip discussion where we can meet our trek leader and other team members.   • 03Kathmandu to Soti Khola drive 6-7 hours JEEP Drive We take an 6-7 hrs JEEP ride to Soti Khola in Gorkha district. Cross village of Arughat bazzar and continue drive through opposite sides of the Buri Gandaki.Along the way we enjoy splendid views of Shringri Himal. We pass through Gurung and Magar villages, past fields and cascading waterfalls, till we reach Soti Khola. Night stop at Soti Khola (750 m/2,460 ft)
  • 04Soti Khola to Maccha Khola 5-6 hours Hike After having an early morning breakfast, we will begin to trek. We will cross the suspension bridge over Soti Khola. The trek route passes through a forest of Sal until we will reach a ridge. From the top of the ridge, we will see the splashing Budi Gandaki river. On continuing further, we will reach Khursane. From there, the trail is rocky. The trail passes through some tropical waterfalls, cliffs, and terraces. Walking past the terraced fields, we will walk up to Labubesi. Labubesi is a beautiful village of Gurungs. From Labubesi, the trail goes uphill along the sandy riverbed of Budi Gandaki river. After walking for some time, we will reach Khanibesi. From Khanibesi, you will see a stunning north-east view of Ganesh Himal. Ambling the beautiful trail, we will descend towards night stay at Machcha Khola(890m/2,920 ft)
  • 05Machha Khola to Jagat 6-7 hours Hike Trekking begin with narrow hiking trails slowdowns and ultimately crosses the Tharo Khola (steepy river), flowing in a rocky ravine, and then arrives at Khorlabehsi. After a few hours hike up and down we reach hot spring which we call Tatopani in Nepali Language. Now, we climb over another ridge, then cross Budhi Gandaki through the suspension bridge. Climb on a wide, well-crafted staircase, then across a landslide and over a ridge to Dobhan for lunch break. Again after doban we Cross another suspension bridge over the Dobhan Khola, the trail ascends on a rough trail to Duman. Ascending up again to the Budhi Gandaki, we reach at Yaru Khola. Crossing a suspension bridge over the Yaru Khola again and climb more stone stairs to Tharo Bharyang. Pass s to the west bank of the budhi gandaki, climb over a ridge, and trek along the river then climb towards the village for night stop at Jagat (2,380 m/7,806 ft)
  • 06Jagat to Ekle Bhatti 5-6 hours Hike Climb over a rocky ridge to salleri village where you have excellent views of Sringi Himal. The trail descends to Setibas and climbing some while you reach to Ghatta Khola.From here you climb up to Philim, a large Gurung village where you see the Manaslu Conservation area Project headquarters. Turning to the north you reach to Ekle Bhatti. O/N at Ekle Bhati(1,640 m/5,379 ft.)
  • 07Ekle Bhatti to Deng 6-7 hour Hike Ekle Bhatti to Deng Entering the steep, uninhabited gorge, crossing Buri Gandaki on a metal bridge, the trail makes its way up the western side offering a pleasant walk through bamboo forests to the Deng Khola and to the tiny village of Deng. O/N at Deng (1,840 m/6,035 ft.)
  • 08Deng to Ghap 6-7 hour Hike Deng to Ghap (2050m) A short distance beyond Deng, the trail climbs to Rana . After passing some houses the trail climbs high above the river and drops into the Sringi valley. The trail makes further ups and down through the forest before reaching Ghap. O/N at Ghap(2,055 m/6,740 ft.)
  • 09Ghap to Namrung 5-6 hours Hike The trails makes a serious and long climb through bamboo and rhododendron forests crossing the river several times before entering Namrung through a stone archway. O/N at Namrung (2,680 m/8,790 ft.)
  • 10Namrung to Lho 5-6 hour Hike Climbing through a forest of firs, rhododendrons and oaks the trail enters the closely packed houses of Lihi (2900m). The trail leaves the Lihi village and enters another village of Sho (2,960m) where you get spectacular views of Manaslu North (7157m) and Naike peak (5515m) and further you reach the small settlement of Shrip. After climbing some time you reach to the village of Lho. O/N at Lho 3,210 m/ 10,528 ft.)
  • 11Lho to Kargyu Chholing Gompa 6-7 hours Hike The trail emerges into the plateau of Shyaula with the view of Himalchuli (7893m), Ngadi Chuli (7879m) and Manaslu. Crossing the ridge the trek proceeds to Samagaon and climbing up you reach to Kargyu Chholing Gompa. O/N at Kargyu Chholing Gompa(4,249 m/13936 ft.)
  • 12Kargyu Chholing Gompa to Samdo 6-7 hour Hike From Kargyu Chholing Gompa the route passes the juniper and birch forest and the stone hut of Kermo Kharka and finally reaches to Samdo. O/N at Samdo(3,860 m/12,660 ft.)
  • 13Samdo to Larkya Rest House 5-6 hours Hike Descend on a wide, gentle trail from Samdo you pass through a stone archway. Climbing gently over the huge Larkya Glacier you get to a ridge at about 4000m where there is a view point at the edge of a huge gorge. After some climbing you reach Larkya Rest House. O/N at Larkya Rest House(4,490 m/14,727 ft.)
  • 14Larkya Rest House to Bimtang 6-7 hour Hike From Larkya Rest House crossing several moraines, descending past four frozen lakes you reach to the Larkya La. From here there are tremendous views of Himlung Himal (7126m), Cheo Himal (6820m), Gyaji Kung (7030m), Kang Guru (6981m) and Annapurna II (7937m). Descending along the grassy moraine to a small meadow you reach Bhimtang. O/N at (Bhimtang 3,770 m/12365 ft.)
  • 15Bhimtang to Dharapani 8-9 Hours Hike The trail drops from Bhimtang and crosses a glacier stream then it descends into a beautiful pine and rhododendron forest to Hompuk. Further descending you reach the fenced field of Karache and to the village of Gho for lunch and another few hours trekking to Dharapani (1,960m /6,428 ft).
  • 16Dharapani to Dharmashala 8-9 hours Hike Today we begin our trek into the area less well trod. The difference as soon as we step off the main Annapurna Circuit path is staggering – we have stepped into another place. It is along day due to the absence of the camping places that are marked on the map! The walking is initially easy along along the river bank, but becomes quite undulating and tiring because of its length. we will cross a big waterfall Just before Dharamshala (3,250 m/10,663 ft.)
  • 17Dharmashala to Kayang 7-8 hours Hike Around 7-8 hours moderate walk in total. The route starts quite easily, then before ascending to Methang. We then drop down to the split in the path to Naar and Phu. We then have around 5 hours of moderate walking. There will be time to explore the fascinating deserted settlements at Chyako night stop at Kayang(3,840 m/12,600 ft.)
  • 18TKayang to to Phu 5-6 hours Hike An exciting day as we reach the first of our 2 main villages on this little-trodden route. Around 5 hours of moderate walking, but the Path is exposed and care will be needed, especially when we first set off from Kayang. The path is reasonably broad, but there is a Big drop. A head for heights and trekking poles may be required. Near to Phu there is a steep Ascent up a dry gorge before we reach Phu Gate, an hour before Phu itself. 4,220 m/13,845 ft.)
  • 19Phu village to Junam Goth 6-7 hours Hike Our return path retracing our steps downhill should take around 6-7 hours. Junam Goth is a lovely campsite surrounded by low bushes, though it can mean a bit of a climb uphill for our crew with their water carriers. Night stay at Junam Goth(3,740 m/12,270 ft.)
  • 20Junam Goth to Naar 5 -6 hours Hike Today we head for lunch in the settlement of Yughat before continuing onto Naar. The path is initially steep up to the Naar Gatewayswhich are a long way from Naar itself. The path then flattens out through a delightful open valley through yak fields (4,130 m/13,550 ft.)
  • 21Naar to Kang La Phedi 2 3 hours Hike Acclimatization walk From Naar we can see our destination for tonight’s camp at the foot of the Kang La. A steady ascent of 420m brings us to our campsite, and we can have lunch here before doing an acclimatization walk the first section of tomorrow’s ascent of the Kang La. This will help us for our ascent tomorrow, and we return to camp for dinne Night stay at kang la Phed(4,550 m/14,928 ft.)
  • 22Kang la phedi to Ngawal via Kang La cross 7-8 hours Hike The first big day – this can take anything from 7– 8 hours depending on the snow conditions and the speed of the group. Initially climbing gradually but not too steeply, the altitude will be noticeable by most people. After crossing the Kang La 5306 m. , the descent is long and steep, initially very steep and depending on the snow conditions we may put a fixed line in place to offer a little more security. Trekking poles are advisable. This day could be longer if we are unlucky with the weather. Depending on the weather and our progress, we might start in the dark to ensure that we are not too late into camp at Ngawal 3,680 m/12,074 ft.)
  • 23Ngawal to Manang 5-6 hours Hike A delightful and easy day of walking after the rigors of yesterday, and a likely candidate for many photographs. Manang is visible for quite some time before we finally get to it, so, depending on the speed of the group we will either have lunch in Manang(3,550 m/11,647 ft.)
  • 24Manang to Yak Kharka 3 - 4 hours Hike After Manang village, the trail crosses a stream, climbs to a village of Tenki and continues to climb out of the Marshyangdi Valley turning northwest up the valley of Jarsang Khola. The trail follows this valley northward, passing a few pastures and a scrub of juniper trees, as it steadily gains elevation. The trail further passes near the small village of Ghunsa, a cluster of flat mud roofs just below the trailhead. Now the trail goes through meadows where horses and yaks graze. After crossing a small river on a wooden bridge, the trail passes an ancient old Mani wall in a pleasant meadow and then reaches another small village of Yak Kharka. Overnight at Yak Karka(4,110m/13,484 ft.)
  • 25Yak Kharka to Thorong Phedi 3 - 4 hours Hike It is an uphill walk to Thorang Phedi. After walking for some time we cross a suspension bridge and reach Ledar village. We ascend furthermore and pass through towering cliffs before reaching Thorang Phedi, the last village before Thorong La pass. On this trip we are rewarded with one of the best views of Mt. Gundang, Mt. Syagang, Thorung Peak and Mt. Khatungkan. The word Phedi in Nepalese is referred to as the foot of a mountain. Overnight in Thorong Phedi. Overnight in Thorang Phedi(4,620m/15,140 ft)
  • 26Thorong Phedi to Muktinath via Thorong La pass 7 - 8 hours Hike Thorong Phedi to Muktinath (3,800m/12,467ft) via Thorong La pass (5416m/17764ft): 7 - 8 hours
    Crossing Thorong La pass, one of the highest passes in the world, will be our ultimate objective today. We will be crossing the pass from east to west (Manang to Muktinath) which is the easiest and safest direction. We get up around three in the morning and walk up the mountain. When we finally make it to the top, we realize that our journey was worth it. We can take a few photos before heading to Muktinath Valley at the foot of the Thorong La pass. Overnight in Muktinath(3,800 m/12,467 ft)
  • 27Muktinath to Jomsom 3-4 hours Hike Muktinath is an important pilgrimage for both Hindus and Buddhists alike. In the morning, we pay our visit to a Vishnu Temple and a Gompa. Descending from Ranipauwa village down the steep and barren hillside, we tumble down toward Kagbeni and then to Jomsom for night stop (2,850 m/9,350 ft.)
  • 28Jomsom to Pokhara to Kathmandu 20 minutes and 25 minutes by flight. After the breakfast, your trekking crews will help you carry your duffel bags to the airport and offer farewell for the last time. Our representative in Jomsom will make all the arrangements for your flight from Jomsom to Pokhara and afternoon Rest in Pokhara and late afternoon catch fligh to Kathmandu. Transfer to your hotel in Kathmandu. Onward times free for you.
